We are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This is not a back-office coordination role. It is a high-ownership, client-facing position for someone who knows how to manage recruitment delivery end to end, represent the company with confidence, and consistently deliver strong hiring outcomes. What you will own:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple vacancies, from intake and sourcing through shortlist, interview coordination, and offer stage
- Work directly with international clients to understand hiring needs, clarify role expectations, and align on delivery priorities
- Build strong, relevant pipelines of qualified candidates using effective sourcing, screening, and outreach methods
- Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate quality, fit, communication, and readiness
- Present strong shortlists, not just profiles, backed by clear judgment and useful hiring insight
- Maintain strong momentum across active roles, follow-ups, and hiring stages so delivery stays organized and timely
- Represent Whitecollars professionally in every client and candidate interaction
- Contribute to a positive, credible candidate experience that strengthens both client trust and employer brand
- Identify risks early, surface blockers quickly, and take ownership of keeping roles moving

Requirements
We are looking for someone with the maturity and execution level to operate as a trusted hiring partner, not just a task executor. You will likely be a strong fit if you have:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with strong exposure to full-cycle recruitment and fast-paced delivery
- Experience managing multiple open roles at the same time without losing quality or control
- Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients and candidates
- Confidence in client-facing communication and stakeholder management
- Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills
- Good commercial awareness and the ability to understand what clients actually need, not just what is written in the brief
- Strong organization, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail
- Experience using ATS and recruitment tools as part of a structured delivery workflow
- A proactive mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to keep moving when things are unclear or under pressure
