About the Role

The Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) Delivery Director is a senior leadership role responsible for leading and scaling Kicksaw’s HLS delivery practice across client delivery, operational excellence, team leadership, and strategic growth. This leader drives consistency, quality, and delivery maturity across engagements while helping shape the future of Kicksaw’s HLS business.

As a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, the Director partners closely with executive stakeholders, Sales, and Delivery Leadership to ensure successful client outcomes, strong operational performance, and continued practice growth. This role combines hands-on delivery leadership with practice leadership responsibilities, requiring a strong understanding of Healthcare & Life Sciences organizations, Salesforce delivery models, and consulting operations within a high-growth SI environment.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates located in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Practice & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead and scale Kicksaw’s Healthcare & Life Sciences delivery practice

  • Drive delivery excellence across a portfolio of Salesforce HLS engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned to client business objectives

  • Contribute to delivery governance, operational standards, engagement management practices, and scalable HLS methodologies

  • Build operational rigor across forecasting, staffing, resource planning and productivity, delivery quality, and risk management

  • Partner with Executive Leadership to define practice priorities, organizational structure, and long-term growth strategy

  • Develop repeatable delivery frameworks, accelerators, and best practices to support practice scalability and consistency

  • Partner with sales where needed for deal review processes and SOW approvals.

  • Shape and execute the HLS practice AI strategy, aligning AI operations, data, analytics, and automation initiatives with business objectives and delivery priorities.

  • Partner with Executive Leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to define AI-enabled transformation roadmaps, drive innovation, and establish scalable AI delivery capabilities across the practice.

Client Leadership & Strategic Partnership

  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across healthcare, pharmaceutical, providers, biotech, medtech, and digital health organizations

  • Serve as a senior advisor and escalation point for strategic client engagements

  • Lead executive governance discussions, delivery reviews, and complex client conversations

  • Partner with clients to align delivery outcomes to business goals, transformation initiatives, and operational priorities

  • Support account growth and expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales Leadership

Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry Leadership

  • Provide leadership across HLS transformation initiatives including patient engagement, commercial operations, medical affairs, field engagement, interoperability, and digital transformation

  • Bring strong awareness of healthcare and life sciences regulatory and operational environments

  • Stay informed on emerging trends across Salesforce Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, Data Cloud, AI, interoperability, and industry innovation

  • Help position Kicksaw as a leading Salesforce Healthcare & Life Sciences consulting partner

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Engagement Managers, Delivery Leaders, and Consultants

  • Foster a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and customer success

  • Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development initiatives across the HLS practice

  • Help define leadership expectations, career paths, and delivery best practices as the organization scales

  • Provide coaching and guidance to teams navigating complex delivery and client challenges

Operational & Business Management

  • Monitor and improve delivery KPIs including customer satisfaction, margins, forecasting accuracy, and delivery health

  • Reduce delivery risk through proactive issue identification, escalation management, and operational oversight

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery Operations, People Operations, and Executive Leadership to support organizational goals

  • Contribute to strategic planning, operational maturity initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts across the business

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology delivery

  • 5+ years in delivery leadership within a Salesforce SI, consulting firm, or professional services organization

  • Proven success leading complex Salesforce transformation programs and enterprise client engagements

  • Strong Healthcare & Life Sciences industry experience including pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, provider, payer, or digital health organizations

  • Experience managing delivery portfolios, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional consulting teams

  • Demonstrated ability to scale delivery operations while maintaining strong client outcomes and operational performance

  • Experience with forecasting, resource planning, delivery governance, and financial performance metrics
