The work:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for capturing and managing mission user needs from prioritization through concept development and user story writing, supporting development and deployment processes. You will gather business-focused requirements to support a product team and product owner, ensuring the user's perspective is considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, capture, and manage mission user needs. Gather and document business requirements to support product teams. Focus on improving usability, user experience, and driving user adoption. Identify core business needs and document them in user stories, concepts of operation, story maps, and briefings. Provide consultation on complex projects, considering business implications of technology. Solve problems with intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

Here's what you need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field highly preferred.
Requires 4+ years of experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements for application development.
Strong communication skills to validate requirements with stakeholders.
Proficient in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, TFS).
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
100% ONSITE REQUIREMENT.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $64,000—$124,200 USD
