Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Slovak via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up appropriately.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Stay current on company products, policies, and updates to offer precise solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
