This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented content professional to help bring Keeper’s products and features to life through engaging video and multimedia content. This is a 100% remote position from select locations, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.

About the Role

The Associate Product Content Specialist will report to the Product Manager, Content and support the creation of video and multimedia assets that communicate Keeper’s product value to customers, prospects and internal stakeholders. This role will play a key part in producing content for new features, new products, demos, tutorials and product education initiatives, while collaborating closely with Product, Design, Marketing and Communications teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment focused on technical storytelling and visual content creation. AI serves as a foundational pillar for operational excellence at Keeper Security. We anticipate that every team member will leverage authorized AI technologies with diligence and skill to optimize their individual output, elevate work standards, and maximize their professional contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of product-focused video content, including feature walkthroughs, product demos, launch content and educational videos
  • Assist in producing content that explains new features and products in a clear, engaging and user-friendly way
  • Help maintain and expand product education content, including video series such as Keeper 101
  • Partner with Product, Design, Marketing and Communications teams to develop multimedia content aligned with business and brand goals
  • Coordinate with the design team on animation, motion graphics and visual assets to support video production
  • Assist with script writing, storyboarding and content planning for video and multimedia projects
  • Help manage content production timelines, feedback rounds and asset organization across multiple projects
  • Edit and refine video content to ensure consistency, clarity and quality
  • Support updates to existing product content as features and messaging evolve
  • Contribute to other product content initiatives and special projects as assigned
  • Leverage approved AI tools and other technology resources to improve efficiency, productivity and quality of work, in accordance with company policies and security standards

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content production, video production, multimedia content, product marketing or a related field
  • Experience creating video or multimedia content in a professional setting, with the ability to share a portfolio or work samples
  • Exposure to SaaS, B2B technology or cybersecurity environments; experience working in IAM industry is a plus
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and engaging content for consumers and IT professionals alike
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, consistency and accuracy
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented self-starter who strives for excellence
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, media production, film, design or a related field preferred

Preferred

  • Experience with script writing for video or product content
  • Familiarity with Camtasia or similar video editing software
  • Experience supporting animation, motion graphics or visual storytelling projects
  • Interest in product education, customer enablement and technical storytelling

5. International Transfers

Your data may be accessed by Keeper entities globally as needed for the purposes of hiring and decision making. We protect any such data transfer between Keeper entities using appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.

7. Retention

We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.

Exceptions:

  • You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
  • You're hired (transfers to employee records)

  • Access, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable law and retention requirements
