Early Access Opportunity – AI Pilot Program 

Volga Partners is launching a pilot initiative to build a diverse network of English-speaking contributors across select international markets who can support current and future Artificial Intelligence (AI), language data, content quality, and evaluation projects. 

As AI technologies continue to evolve, organizations increasingly benefit from contributors with different educational backgrounds, professional experiences, industries, and subject matter expertise. This pilot program is designed to identify individuals with strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured guidelines while building a foundation for future project opportunities. 

We are intentionally seeking contributors from a wide variety of professional and educational backgrounds, including technology, business, operations, legal, human resources, education, healthcare, research, marketing, finance, customer support, and other fields. 

Unlike traditional project-based recruiting, this initiative is focused on building a scalable contributor network that can support both current and future AI programs as client needs evolve. 

Current project work consists primarily of Entry-Level (L1) tasks such as content review, annotation, validation, categorization, transcription, and quality assurance activities. Future project opportunities may vary in scope, complexity, and subject matter focus.

Role Overview 

This is a freelance, task-based opportunity designed for individuals seeking flexible, supplemental work while gaining exposure to AI and language data projects. 

Work is offered on a first-come, first-served basis as tasks become available. Hours may fluctuate depending on project volume, client demand, and business needs. 

Tasks are structured, guideline-driven, and execution-focused. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working independently, following instructions, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and consistency.

Example Tasks 

Depending on project requirements, tasks may include: 

• Reviewing content for grammar, spelling, formatting, and clarity 

• Performing basic annotation, tagging, and labeling activities 

• Categorizing and validating content based on established guidelines 

• Reviewing AI-generated content and responses 

• Comparing information against provided standards and instructions 

• Identifying errors, inconsistencies, or missing information 

• Supporting transcription, quality review, or content validation workflows 

• Completing other structured language and data-related tasks

Location Eligibility 

We welcome applications from qualified candidates across select international markets, subject to project requirements, language proficiency, local compliance considerations, and compensation alignment within each market. 

Eligibility for specific projects may vary based on client requirements, location, language needs, and business considerations. 

This opportunity is intended for international contractor markets outside of the United States. 

Engagement Type & Classification 

This is a freelance, task-based engagement. 

• Independent Contractor engagement through Deel 

• No guaranteed minimum hours 

• No guaranteed end date 

• Classification subject to local compliance requirements 

Compensation 

Compensation for current Entry-Level (L1) projects ranges from $2.00–$2.50 USD per hour depending on project requirements, experience, market alignment, and scope of work. 

Compensation is aligned with the entry-level nature of the work and current project requirements. 

Future projects may vary in scope and compensation based on client needs, budget, complexity, and business requirements.
