About the Role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to be an early non-founder hire, owning every customer relationship and building the playbook for scaling from an early customer base to thousands. We seek a technical, customer-facing individual who understands product positioning and instinctively automates repetitive tasks.
What You'll Do
Coach AI agents on product positioning, buyer personas, and pricing conversations
Serve as the voice of the customer, identifying common requests and patterns in customer interactions to inform product development
Own customer relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through ensuring success and optimizing their experience
Automate manual and repetitive tasks by building workflows and systems to help the customer engineering function scale
Work directly with the CTO to translate customer feedback into shipped product features
What We're Looking For
Technical aptitude with ability to understand and explain complex product capabilities
Strong customer empathy and communication skills
Comfort with process automation and workflow design
Ability to identify patterns and drive systematic improvements
