Note: We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client. This opportunity is for a position with their organization, not with People Culture Talent. We're excited to help connect talented professionals with this exceptional team!

The Role

We're hiring a Deployment Strategist to join a fast growing healthcare AI company that is transforming how clinical teams monitor and care for patients at scale. This role sits at the intersection of technical implementation and product development. You'll own the deployment lifecycle from post-sale onboarding through long term adoption, ensuring customers realize measurable value while helping shape the future of the platform.

You'll work directly with clinical leaders and internal engineering teams to implement solutions and drive adoption, while uncovering opportunities for product improvement. Every deployment presents unique challenges, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is energized about partnering with diverse stakeholders to solve high impact clinical and operational problems. As the company enters its next phase of growth, you'll play a key role in helping scale implementations across some of the most innovative healthcare organizations in the country.

If you enjoy taking ownership of complex customer challenges and want a seat at the table as a high growth company scales, we'd love to connect.

What You’ll Own

  • Client Deployment & Onboarding — Lead full cycle implementations, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption across customer organizations.

  • Implementation Strategy — Partner with customer leadership teams to define deployment plans and rollout strategies.

  • Training & Enablement — Develop and deliver training programs that empower customer teams to effectively use the platform.

  • Product Collaboration — Serve as the voice of the customer by partnering closely with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions and feature development.

  • Technical Problem Solving — Tackle the inevitable challenges that arise during implementation, partnering closely with customers to keep deployments moving and outcomes on track.

  • Account Ownership — Operate with a high degree of autonomy while managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously.

  • Continuous Improvement — Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes, implementation playbooks, and customer outcomes as the organization scales.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a hybrid customer facing deployment role, such as solutions engineering, implementation, technical consulting, customer success, product, or a similar technical position.

  • A strong ability to bridge technical and business conversations, translating complex concepts into actionable solutions.

  • Experience managing client relationships and driving projects from kickoff through successful execution.

  • Comfort working with data and analytical tools; familiarity with SQL is a plus.

  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast changing environments.

  • A high ownership mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and solve problems wherever needed.

  • Experience in startups or high growth environments is strongly preferred.

  • Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

Why Join Now

  • Product Market Fit Already Established — The company has built a proven solution that is already delivering measurable value for customers in live environments.

  • Meaningful Growth Trajectory — With more than $1M in annual recurring revenue achieved within its first year and strong market momentum, the company is entering an exciting phase of expansion.

  • Direct Impact on Healthcare — Your work will help healthcare organizations improve care delivery and operational efficiency at scale.

  • High Ownership Environment — You'll have significant autonomy and visibility, with opportunities to influence product strategy and company growth.
