Riveron is looking for a Delivery Lead to join our Salesforce team. The Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Transformation Leader is responsible for leading enterprise-wide business transformation and Salesforce-powered technology initiatives that optimize the Lead-to-Cash value stream for enterprise and mid-market clients. Serving as the Solution Owner and Delivery Lead, this role aligns business strategy, operating models, processes, Salesforce platform capabilities, data, integrations, and organizational change to deliver measurable operational, financial, and customer experience outcomes.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise business transformation, Salesforce implementation, and technology consulting engagements.

  • Experience working within a consulting firm, Systems Integrator (SI), Salesforce Partner, professional services organization, or transformation advisory practice.

  • Deep expertise across Lead-to-Cash business processes, operating models, and Salesforce-centric transformation initiatives.

  • Strong experience delivering solutions across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Salesforce Platform, and AppExchange solutions.

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CLM, eCommerce, billing, customer service, marketing automation, and data platforms.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, MuleSoft, API-led connectivity, data strategy, governance, analytics, and cross-platform solution design.

  • Proven experience serving as a Solution Owner, Program Manager, Engagement Lead, Functional Architect, Enterprise Architect, Practice Leader, or Transformation Lead.

  • Ability to bridge business strategy, operating model design, and Salesforce solution architecture to deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale client engagements and global cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.

  • Strong executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and client relationship-building skills.

  • Commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, estimation, resource planning, delivery financial management, pipeline development, and account growth.

  • Experience supporting Salesforce pursuits, solution development, proposal creation, executive presentations, and consulting practice growth.

  • Proven ability to identify, shape, and sell transformational Salesforce and Lead-to-Cash opportunities from strategy through implementation.

  • Experience working with Private Equity-backed organizations, mid-market enterprises, and complex transformation programs preferred.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, AI Associate, or related credentials preferred.

  • Agile, PMP, SAFe, or related project and program management certifications preferred.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead complex Lead-to-Cash transformation initiatives across Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations functions.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, guiding business transformation strategy, operating model design, and Salesforce-enabled process modernization.

  • Design and align future-state business capabilities, processes, governance models, and enterprise solution architectures leveraging Salesforce and adjacent enterprise platforms.

  • Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives involving Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, CLM, ERP, analytics, and integration platforms.

  • Partner with business and technical leaders to define scalable Salesforce roadmaps, platform strategies, and digital transformation programs.

  • Provide strategic consulting and SI leadership by translating business objectives into scalable technology, data, and operating model solutions that deliver long-term value.

  • Guide clients through platform, architecture, integration, and governance decisions that balance immediate business priorities with long-term enterprise scalability.

  • Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce and Lead-to-Cash transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business outcomes, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Lead cross-functional consulting, functional, technical, integration, data, and change management teams through implementation, deployment, and adoption.

  • Build executive relationships and identify opportunities to expand client value through Salesforce platform enhancements, managed services, AI initiatives, and adjacent transformation opportunities.

  • Support business development activities including pursuits, discovery workshops, proposals, Statements of Work, solution shaping, and executive presentations.

  • Collaborate with sales and account leadership to position Salesforce-led transformation solutions and drive pipeline growth.

  • Develop consulting methodologies, Salesforce accelerators, delivery frameworks, and best practices while mentoring team members and contributing to the growth of Riveron's Salesforce and Lead-to-Cash consulting practice.

  • Foster delivery excellence through governance, quality management, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
