ParkX Management is currently seeking a Location Security Officer to help ensure our properties remain safe, welcoming, and well-maintained for residents, tenants, and guests. The Hours will be (insert hours) and you will be protecting (insert location)

Position Overview
The Security Officer plays a key role in maintaining safety, access control, cleanliness, and overall positive guest experience across our properties.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct hourly patrols using the security system
- Manage access control for guests, tenants, and vendors
- Monitor property conditions and report safety concerns
- Perform routine foot patrols indoors and outdoors
- Enforce property rules and issue Ban Notices when required
- Maintain plaza kiosks and enforce plaza policies
- Communicate rules, updates, and directions to guests
- Monitor parking and fire access areas
- Support marketing teams during events (location-specific)
- Assist with valet operations and traffic flow during special events
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- DC Certified Security Officer
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license with no major violations
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
