POSITION OVERVIEW
Sr. Manager, Contract and Pricing Analytics is responsible for providing analytical support to the development and execution of short- and long-term strategic pricing and contracting initiatives across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid markets. This role will play a critical role in the development and support of high-level decisions working in a cross-function team including Marketing, Finance, Commercial Operations and Market Access & Trade.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Pricing & Access Analytics
- Develop analytics to support short- and long-term pricing and access strategies across all payer segments, including Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid. Communicate access and pricing strategies to cross functional team members to provide education on the managed care landscape and gain approval for short- and long-term approach
- Develop analogs and modeling to support commercial, Medicare and Medicaid bids to ensure profitable access for COLL products. Collaborate and ensure alignment with Comm ops and Finance on modeling inputs and outputs.
- Create WAC Pricing model to assist with setting short- and long-term pricing strategy for all Collegium products inclusive of contract provisions and updated government pricing calculations.
- Closely Partner with Finance and Commercial Operations functions to support decision making and alignment on assumptions
Contract & Government Pricing
- Assist with contract strategy including rebate guidance, bid modeling, and contract structure.
- Provide required inputs for Government Pricing activities (incl best price calculations, FMV, govt contracts) to ensure appropriate access and compliance with Government programs
- Develop modeling and analytics to provide valuable input into budget and quarterly forecasting process for market access and coordinate with Finance and Comm Ops to align on assumptions
- Ensure alignment of govt pricing decisions with evolving policy and payer trends.
- Monitor Medicaid Bid schedule to support future bids to enhance Medicaid Access

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing, contracting, and market access roles.
- Expert financial modeling experience in the pharmaceutical space in creating detailed models that can provide leadership insights that are easily understood.
- Proven track record in pricing strategy, government pricing compliance, rebate operations, and payer contracting strategies.
- Deep understanding of Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid markets, including bid processes, rebate negotiations, and policy frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
