Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager – Digital Experience Monitoring to join our Marketing department. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Marketing - ZDX. In this strategic role, you will shape how users interact with modern applications, networks, and endpoints in distributed, security-conscious environments. You will lead product marketing for the Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) product line, developing differentiated positioning and messaging, and translating complex technical features into compelling customer value. You will partner with product, engineering, and sales to drive go-to-market readiness, including launches and enablement. This role is based in San Jose, CA.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Lead product marketing for the DEM product line, with a focus on real-user experience, network path analysis, application responsiveness, and endpoint diagnostics
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that connects digital performance to business outcomes for network operations, service desk, and security audiences
- Translate technical features into compelling customer value, including latency visualization, network analysis, device telemetry, and SaaS performance insights
- Define buyer and user personas with an emphasis on hybrid work, secure access, and digital user experience use cases
- Partner with product, engineering, and sales to drive go-to-market readiness, including launches, competitive strategy, and enablement
Who You Are (Success Profile)
- You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. You adapt to what’s needed, navigating seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.
- You are customer-obsessed. You build deep empathy for the customer—both internal and external—and anchor your decisions in solving their real-world problems. You champion their needs from start to finish, knowing their success is our success.
- You are data-driven. You use data and analytics to find the truth, measure what matters, and guide informed decisions. You value evidence over assumptions, replacing "I think" with "I know" to drive better outcomes.
- You are resilient and adaptable. You view change as an opportunity and setbacks as temporary. You maintain composure and focus in high-pressure situations, guiding yourself and your team through complexity with a steady, positive hand.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 7+ years of enterprise product marketing experience in digital experience monitoring, endpoint visibility, or full-stack observability platforms
- Expertise in real user monitoring, synthetic monitoring, network path analysis, application telemetry, and device health insights
- Proven experience marketing to or working with IT operations, digital workplace, or network engineering teams in mid-market or enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of how digital experience affects workforce productivity, IT service quality, and end-user satisfaction
- Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging and clear narratives for diverse audiences
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
