About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to help scale how our sales team learns, operates, and wins.You will own the execution of core systems behind our sales organization, in close partnership with the Director of Sales Enablement, including onboarding, content, communications, and training programs, and continuously improve them to drive measurable rep performance. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Enablement, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps as a key cross-functional partner.
Please note: this role is 100% in-office either in our Beverly Hills or Calabasas Office.
What You Will Own
- Manage our monthly enablement sessions, continuously refining content and format to drive real impact on rep performance.
- Produce our monthly Growth Bulletin, translating cross-functional updates into clear, actionable insights reps actually read and use.
- Evolve our knowledge base into a true source of truth that is organized, current, and easy to use in the flow of work.

- Translate product updates and rep feedback into practical talk tracks and resources reps can immediately apply.
- Lead execution of high-priority initiatives such as launches, programs, and new processes from concept to rollout.
- Proactively gather field insights and surface patterns that inform improvements across content and training.

What This Role Requires
- 2 to 4 years in sales enablement, revenue operations, sales training, or a closely related role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, with the ability to pull data and translate it into enablement insight.
- Experience with an LMS platform such as WorkRamp, Highspot, Seismic, or comparable.
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools and how to apply them to accelerate content creation, research, and program development.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and self-prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, figuring things out rather than waiting to be told.

The salary pay range for this position is $95,000 - $101,000; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
