What You'll Be Doing 

As a U.P. Personal Trainer, you will: 

• Deliver world-class personal training sessions using the U.P. Method 

• Guide clients through sustainable body transformation journeys 

• Build strong, trusted relationships with your clients 

• Track progress, analyse data, and adjust programmes for optimal outcomes 

• Provide expert nutrition and lifestyle coaching 

• Continuously develop your coaching skills through structured education and mentorship 

• Work alongside a high-performing team committed to excellence 

 Most importantly, you'll spend your time coaching not selling.

Requirements

Essential Requirements 

• Certificate IV in Fitness / Personal Training (or equivalent) 

• Full Australian working rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or unrestricted work rights) 

• Availability to work early mornings and evenings, particularly during your first year 

• Strong work ethic and growth mindset

U.P. does not provide Personal Trainer qualifications and so requires all applicants to have already attained their Cert 4 qualification in Personal Training, or an equivalent qualification.
