Position Overview

Fence Masters is seeking a reliable, hardworking Driver to join our team full-time in the Chicago area. This is a busy, active role — you'll be on the move all day picking up fencing materials and delivering them to job sites across the region. If you hold a CDL B and are looking for steady, full-time work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up fencing materials from suppliers and deliver to active job sites

• Safely operate a commercial truck throughout the day across the Chicago area

• Load and unload materials, ensuring cargo is properly secured

• Coordinate with project managers and crew leads on delivery schedules and site locations

• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs

• Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies

Qualifications

• Valid CDL B license required

• Clean driving record required

• Ability to safely load, secure, and transport materials

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading

• Construction or trades experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (hours may vary based on project needs)

• $20-23/hour
