POSITION SUMMARY
As a staff level position in the Supply Chain department, the Shipping &Receiving Customer Service Representative will monitor shipment transactions and track warehouse inventory by handling unit using SAP. The Shipping & Receiving Customer Service Representative will prepare reports and collaborate with other departments within but not limited to Supply Chain
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Monitor imports, inbound and outbound orders; track product progress; reconcile data with SAP; review and track warehouse inventory and handling unit(s); ensure accurate inventory; coordinate overages, shortages and damage claims from final customers and CEDIs; resolve order and product issues.
- Prepare and generate product reports and claim(s); track requests, request hold releases and communicate product status; process withdrawals or recalls as needed to support QA.
- Work with Product Management to ensure loads are being handled timely by contracted warehouses
- Provide Bill of Lading as needed to internal customers
- Coordinate product sample and Point of Purchase (POP) deliveries in collaboration with external vendors
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Four (4) years’ experience in inventory management
- Experience in enterprise WMS and/or SAP
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CPG food industry
- Four (4) years’ Warehousing experience
- Bilingual fluency in school English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITITES
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proven organization skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment while presenting a professional demeanor.

- Usual office and/or plant environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and/or balancing.
- Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office and/or plant machinery/equipment.
- Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone.
- Noise level in the work environment ranges from normal office/plant levels to loud levels due to equipment and/or machinery use.
