The Administrator Role
This role will support the Branch Manager and Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of the branch operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing sales to comply with our company regulations and guidance
- Responding to business demands from Sales, Service or Branch Manager
- Releasing invoices for payments and chasing debt
- Managing and monitoring various reports and data
- Using RI specific database which you would receive full training on
- Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email
Requirements
Administrator Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience with good IT skills would be preferred
- Proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good attention to detail as you must work with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work using your own initiative and be a good team player
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
