You’ll craft optimized operations scheduling models for our Runners (Delivery Drivers) across multiple countries, ensuring they know exactly when they’re working. You’ll work closely with Distribution, Growth, and People Ops to balance operational efficiency, employee preferences, and customer happiness to make sure every order gets delivered on time.

Data is in our DNA. You’ll dive into the latest forecasts and use our in-house developed scheduling algorithm to build perfectly balanced weekly plans. If you love solving puzzles, working with data tools, and making a real impact in a fast-growing team, this one is for you.

What challenges await you

  • Schedule Creation: Developing and publishing weekly schedules for our international Runners, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts, employee availability, and scheduling guidelines.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partnering with other departments to identify and implement creative solutions for capacity and planning challenges.
  • Tool and Dashboard Management: Maintaining and optimizing tools and dashboards to ensure smooth operations and data-driven decision-making.
  • Predicted working schedule *depending on assignment to planning of a particular country: Monday: 3-8 hours, Wednesday: 3-8 hours & Thursday: 3-8 hours

Your superpowers

  • Ideally in the final stages of your Bachelor’s or already pursuing a Master’s degree in in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or a related field
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing priorities
  • Eye for detail and outstanding analytical skills
  • You enjoy collaborating with people and have excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and employees effectively.
  • You are confident using Excel/Google Sheets to organise and visualise schedules and data.
  • Familiarity with programming (e.g., AppScript, Python, or Javascript) is a bonus but not required
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German or French is a plus, as it helps connect with our diverse teams across countries.
  • Availability to work 16–20 hours per week
