Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain robust HR reporting and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Develop metrics around headcount, turnover, recruiting, and operational efficiency
  • Leverage data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend improvements
  • Establish data governance standards and ensure accuracy across systems

Project Management & Scaling

  • Lead cross-functional HR projects tied to growth, system enhancements, and operational improvements
  • Support organizational scaling by implementing HR tools and processes that reduce manual work and increase efficiency
  • Act as a change agent, driving adoption of new HR systems and processes across the organization

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR technology roles
  • Proven experience implementing and/or optimizing an HRIS (required)
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting multi-state U.S. operations; global exposure is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling organization (RCM or healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

Key Competencies

  • Systems thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solver who can translate business needs into scalable solutions
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally and with external partners
