Reporting Line: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
Salary Range:
• Base: $140k–$160k CAD per year
• OTE: $230k–$290k CAD per year
• Total Compensation: $250k–$320k CAD per year (negotiable)

Role Overview:
The Account Director, Supply Chain Consulting, is responsible for originating and growing advisory and transformation engagements across Fulfillment IQ’s consulting practice.
This role sells pathways, not projects, and connects diagnostics, strategy, and execution into a structured, multi-phase engagement model.
Mandate:
- Drive new logo and expansion revenue across consulting engagements
- Translate client problems into diagnostics → roadmap → execution pathways
- Ensure alignment with consulting delivery capacity and margin expectations
- Build executive-level relationships across target accounts
Must Have:
- 10–20+ years in consulting, strategy, or transformation roles
- Experience selling:
- Supply chain transformation
- Operational improvement programs
- Advisory-led engagements
- Strong ability to:
- Translate ambiguity into structured programs
- Connect strategy to execution
Key Responsibilities:
New Logo Advisory Sales
- Generate new consulting opportunities through relationships and outreach
- Engage C-suite stakeholders in strategic supply chain conversations
- Identify diagnostic entry points across target accounts
- Sell strategy and transformation programs
- Lead executive-level discovery conversations
- Position Fulfillment IQ as an advisory partner
Funnel Management
- Lead executive discovery conversations
- Shape multi-phase consulting programs (diagnostics, design, transformation)
- Align scope with analytics, PMO, and specialist delivery capabilities
- Own commercial structuring and proposal development
Expansion & Advisory Growth
- Identify diagnostics and roadmap opportunities
- Expand advisory footprint within accounts
- Convert delivery into follow-on strategy or execution work
- Build long-term client partnerships
- Build multi-year advisory engagements
Commercial Governance
- Coordinate pricing with Practice Leader
- Ensure proposal discipline aligned to delivery capacity
- Maintain forecast accuracy

- Align with VP Supply Chain Consulting and delivery team
- Understand consulting offerings, pricing, and delivery model
- Identify immediate target accounts and opportunities
60 Days In
- Generate qualified advisory pipeline
- Lead executive discovery conversations
- Submit structured proposals aligned to margin expectations
90 Days In
- Close initial consulting engagements
- Establish multi-phase engagement pipelines
- Build repeatable outreach and expansion strategy
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Consulting bookings
- Average deal size

- Net revenue retention (consulting lane)
- Forecast accuracy
