Role Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer / Tech Lead with 10–12 years of experience and strong expertise in Microservices architecture and Spring Boot to design, lead, develop, and maintain scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid backend foundation, hands-on leadership experience, and a good understanding of modern frontend technologies like ReactJS.

Key Responsibilities

Design, lead, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications.
Architect and build scalable and resilient microservices-based systems using Spring Boot.
Lead the development of RESTful APIs and complex integrations with external/internal systems.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product managers.
Drive architecture discussions, design decisions, and best practices adoption.
Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
Own and contribute across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ensure adherence to coding standards, governance, and engineering excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10–12 years of experience in Java development with strong technical leadership exposure.
Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE.
Deep hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security.
Strong experience in Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Extensive experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrations.
Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
Experience with Docker and containerization.
Experience with version control tools (Git).
Proven technical leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Good to Have Skills

Hands-on experience with ReactJS or other modern frontend frameworks.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Understanding of API gateways and service discovery tools (Eureka, Zuul, etc.).
