Based in Paris, you will join the Global People Operations team to support our key European markets, specifically France and Spain. The core mission of this role is to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding and offboarding experience for new hires while contributing to HR administration, employee support, and reliable payroll coordination.

### Key responsibilities ✨
  • Provide a best-in-class HR service for managers and employees across France and Spain, and manage HR processes and documentation throughout the employee life cycle.

  • Answer and coordinate incoming HR-questions and tickets within a 48-hour resolution time, providing advice on people policies and procedures.

  • Draft employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documentation for the assigned regions.

  • Maintain employment records and ensure data accuracy in our HRIS (BambooHR) through regular audits.

  • Prepare and coordinate payroll with external providers and the Finance team, acting as the primary point of contact for health insurances, benefit providers, and employment agencies.

  • Provide reports and participate in international and cross-team projects with Global People Operations colleagues.

  • ### About you 🧑‍🚀
  • Job experience: 2.5+ years of experience in a similar People Operations or HR admin role (internship or apprenticeship included).

  • Languages & level: Fluent in English and a professional level in Spanish.

  • Tools & processes: Familiar with MS-Office and hands-on experience working with an HRIS (experience with BambooHR is a plus).

  • Traits: Self-organized with strong attention to detail, proactive, dynamic, and focused on finding solutions.
