About Aethos Monterosa

In the middle of the Aosta Valley below the Monte Rosa and Cervino glaciers lies Aethos Monterosa. A 30-room five-star luxury resort with two F&B outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall. The essence of great hospitality will however always be an outstanding team. ### Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

Assist housekeepers with the transport of linens, cleaning supplies, and other materials across the property.

Collect and distribute clean and dirty laundry, ensuring proper handling and organization.

Respond promptly to guest requests, such as delivering extra amenities or retrieving luggage.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage rooms and equipment.

Handle garbage disposal and recycling tasks efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards.

Perform light cleaning tasks, including vacuuming corridors and common areas, as needed.

Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department promptly.

Support the housekeeping team during peak times to ensure seamless operations.

### Core Competencies

Fluent in English & Italian is a must

2+ years of hospitality experience

Collaborative and communicates well and accomplish tasks at efficiently

Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in general

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.

Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
