Senior Solutions Designer Freelancer (PRSSD0626)

PRIORITY, a leading consulting firm specializing in ESG, Information Security and IT solutions, is expanding its freelance network of professionals to support the delivery of projects for European institutions and international organizations.

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Designer to lead the design of complex, data-driven solutions within a large-scale chemical and regulatory data ecosystem.

You will shape end-to-end functional and data models, ensuring seamless integration across services and strong alignment with regulatory and FAIR data principles.

What you’ll do:

• Lead functional and data-model design for complex solutions
• Shape solution architecture across CDPC dedicated services
• Perform advanced data profiling of chemical/scientific datasets
• Design integration-aware solutions across multiple domains and systems
• Act as subject-matter expert for complex chemical-data scenarios
• Ensure alignment with FAIR metadata principles and regulatory frameworks

Requirements

• Deep expertise in chemical/scientific data: CAS, EC, EINECS, InChI, IUPAC
• Strong understanding of regulatory contexts (REACH, CLP, OSOA, EU Reg. 2025/2455)
• Experience in data modelling and functional solution design
• Strong data profiling skills on complex datasets
• Ability to design integration-aware architectures
• SME level experience in: Chemical / Regulatory Data Domain, FAIR metadata, complex scientific data ecosystems
