About the role:

As the Customer Success Associate, you will support the successful delivery of customer requirements across CDC’s Customer Success function. Working closely with Customer Success Managers, your role will focus on customer coordination, reporting, administrative support and day-to-day service delivery activities to ensure a high standard of support across customer accounts. This role acts as an important touchpoint between internal and external stakeholders, helping to maintain strong customer relationships and support operational outcomes.

This is a hands-on, detail-focused position within a fast-paced, technical environment. You’ll assist with reporting, compliance activities, customer requests and service coordination, while building capability in stakeholder engagement and customer delivery.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Respond to client queries and service requests in an efficient and timely manner, supporting day-to-day operational customer needs.
  • Prepare, coordinate and review customer reports, documentation and communications to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency.
  • Support the delivery of contracts against required KPIs, including monthly reporting, business reviews, audits and other compliance activities.
  • Assist in coordinating customer meetings, agendas, follow-up actions and general account administration.
  • Liaise with internal teams and service providers to support customer works, requests and managed service activities.
  • Facilitate customer change requests and support documentation processes in consultation with internal operational teams.
  • Maintain accurate records, files and reporting data, while identifying opportunities to improve reporting and coordination processes.
  • Build effective working relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and delivery teams to support a positive customer experience.

About you: 

This role would suit candidates who have experience in a customer service, coordination, project support or administrative role, and are looking to build their career within Customer Success or Service Delivery.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset, with the willingness to ask questions, speak up and seek clarity.
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • A customer-focused approach, with a genuine interest in delivering positive outcomes and quality service.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and follow structured processes and workflows.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with confidence across reporting, documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Exposure to service delivery, project coordination, contract reporting or technical environments is highly desired.

 

Essential:

Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
