What You’ll Step Into
This is a full-time Physical Therapist opportunity in a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic. The patient population includes individuals recovering from injuries, managing musculoskeletal pain, rebuilding strength after surgery, or working through mobility and function concerns.
You will be part of a clinical team made up of 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants. The clinic uses WebPT and sees a steady patient flow, with approximately 160–190 patient visits per week.
The Work
Your day will include evaluations, treatment planning, hands-on therapy, patient education, documentation, and communication with the care team. You will work with patients ranging from 11 to 90 years old, giving you a broad mix of orthopedic and musculoskeletal cases.

Schedule Options
The clinic offers flexibility and strongly prefers one of the following schedules:
Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off each week
Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Clinic Information
- Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day
- Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week
- Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
- EMR System: WebPT
- Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
- Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and determine physical therapy needs
- Develop treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation
- Help patients improve strength, flexibility, balance, movement quality, and daily function
- Track patient progress and update treatment plans when appropriate
- Educate patients on home exercises, activity modification, and safe movement habits
- Complete accurate clinical documentation using WebPT
- Work with PTAs and other team members to keep patient care consistent
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills
- Comfortable working with a varied patient population
