Preferred Schedule Options
Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Tuesday off each week
Monday–Friday Option
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Patient Care Details
This clinic sees approximately 160–190 patient visits per week, with each provider seeing around 7–15 patients per day. Patients range from 11 to 90 years old, and the main caseload includes orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehab, mobility concerns, and functional limitations.
Responsibilities
- Complete patient evaluations and reassessments
- Identify patient goals, movement limitations, strength deficits, pain concerns, and functional needs
- Create individualized physical therapy plans of care
- Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions through skilled PT interventions
- Guide patients through strengthening, stretching, balance, mobility, and functional movement exercises
- Use manual therapy and hands-on techniques when clinically appropriate
- Provide patient education for home programs and safe activity progression
- Document evaluations, treatment notes, progress updates, and discharge plans in WebPT
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills
- Comfortable working with a varied patient population
