Florida LMFT Telehealth Therapist | Full-Time Remote Clinical Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a Florida Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is ready to provide remote mental health care in a structured, client-focused setting. The role involves meeting with clients through telehealth, helping them understand relationship patterns, improve communication, manage emotional stress, and work toward practical treatment goals.

As an LMFT, you will support clients who may be facing marital concerns, family conflict, major life changes, parenting stress, or personal mental health challenges that affect their relationships. The work is steady, clinically focused, and well-suited for a therapist who enjoys direct client care without the need for in-office appointments.

Position Details

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct teletherapy appointments with clients located in Florida
• Provide counseling for couples, families, and individuals navigating relational and emotional concerns
• Complete intake assessments and identify appropriate therapy goals
• Build treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs, strengths, and presenting issues
• Help clients develop healthier communication habits, coping skills, and conflict-resolution tools
• Keep timely clinical records, including session notes, updates, and care documentation
• Maintain client confidentiality and meet HIPAA and state practice requirements

Requirements

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Florida
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
• Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or relational systems
• Strong understanding of treatment planning, clinical documentation, and ethical care standards
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
