Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) | Florida Telehealth Position
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide full-time remote therapy services to clients across Florida. This role focuses on supporting individuals, couples, and families through relationship concerns, communication issues, life transitions, stress, anxiety, and other mental health needs through secure telehealth sessions.
The LMFT in this position will provide clinical care, develop treatment plans, complete documentation, and help clients work toward healthier patterns in their relationships and daily lives. This is a strong fit for a therapist who values structured clinical work, professional boundaries, and the ability to provide quality care from a remote setting.

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform
- Assess client needs and create treatment plans based on clinical concerns, relationship patterns, and therapy goals
- Support clients working through conflict, communication problems, parenting stress, family transitions, grief, anxiety, and emotional strain
- Maintain clear progress notes, treatment updates, and required clinical documentation
- Use evidence-informed therapy approaches appropriate for marriage and family counseling
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when clinical needs change
- Follow ethical, privacy, and documentation standards for remote mental health care
Requirements
- Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Florida
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or relational systems
- Strong understanding of treatment planning, clinical documentation, and ethical care standards
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
