Full-Time Remote LCSW
Job Summary
This full-time telehealth position gives an LCSW licensed in North Carolina the ability to focus on direct clinical care in a remote setting. Position Information
Location: North Carolina
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote therapy services to clients located in North Carolina
- Assess mental health symptoms, psychosocial history, strengths, and treatment needs
- Build treatment plans with clear and measurable goals
- Provide therapy for concerns such as emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship strain, and life changes
- Maintain progress notes, assessments, and treatment updates in the clinical record
- Use clinical judgment when addressing safety concerns or changes in client presentation
- Keep client information secure and follow HIPAA and telehealth standards
- Review progress throughout care and update treatment direction when needed
- Support clients in developing practical tools for managing daily stressors
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina
- Experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
- Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Ability to manage a remote caseload with accuracy and professionalism
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
