About the Role:
We're looking for an AI-forward ABM leader to drive predictable pipeline across our most strategic Health System and Enterprise accounts. You'll quarterback Content, Field, Sales, SDRs, and RevOps around a shared account strategy — shaping narratives, designing buyer-committee journeys, and using AI to move faster and personalize smarter. A builder at heart, you're equally strategic and hands-on.
What you’ll do:
Build and execute 1:1/1:few ABM strategies for a focused portfolio of Strategic and Enterprise health system accounts
Partner with Enterprise AEs, SDRs, and RevOps on account planning, whitespace analysis, stakeholder mapping, and deal acceleration
Own the tactical engine: LinkedIn (Sales Navigator + paid), personalized gifting/direct mail, executive programs, and outbound sequenced into buying-committee journeys
Turn industry moments into account-specific pre/at/post-event plays in partnership with Field/Events
Use AI across the workflow - research, personalization, insight synthesis, and lightweight automations with strong QA and brand control
Define and report on engagement, pipeline, and revenue metrics; partner with RevOps on dashboards and account-level insights
What we’re looking for:
5+ years in B2B marketing, 3+ years in ABM or enterprise demand gen owning named-account programs
Proven track record with 1:1/1:few ABM in complex enterprise sales: buying committees, multi-threading, long cycles
Hands-on with the ABM/GTM stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Outreach
Demonstrated AI fluency: research, analysis, and content workflows with human QA; tools like Claude
Strong analytical mindset tied to pipeline, win rates, and revenue - not vanity metrics
