Greater Iowa Credit Union is recruiting on behalf of Two Rivers Cooperative. Two Rivers Cooperative is currently seeking a Feed Division Manager who is responsible for purchasing and sales pricing for all feed products. The Feed Division Manager serves as the relationship manager for all of the Cooperative’s feed customers and spends time cultivating those relationships to ensure strong connection to the Cooperative. The Feed Division Manager reports to the General Manager.
Location: 109 South Street. Pella, IA 50219
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am-5pm; might need to work 2-3 Saturdays a year
Essential Operations:
- Purchase and sell feed/feed products at rates to strongly contribute to Two Rivers Cooperative’s net income
- Manage the Cooperative’s largest feed customer accounts to ensure retention
- Seek growth opportunities for the feed business
- Work in conjunction with Grain Division Manager for corn bookings
- Collaborate with the General Manager regarding large business opportunities
- Prepare annual budget for the Feed Division
- Monitor and communicate to the General Manager capital improvement needs
- Ensure compliance with HACCP/FDA feed production policies
- Suggest opportunities for change and improvement
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or a related field
- Sitting, typing, communicating in writing and orally, lifting to 60 pounds
