What We’re Looking For
- Active real estate license in Tennessee or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
- Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle."
- Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Nashville-area service territory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
