About the Role
SPEAR is seeking a Talent Marketing Leader to help us become the employer of choice for physical therapists and healthcare professionals. This role will own the strategy and execution behind employer branding, recruitment marketing, candidate engagement, and top-of-funnel talent generation.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition and Marketing, you'll build and scale programs that attract exceptional talent, strengthen our employer brand, and improve conversion throughout the candidate journey.

- Drive top-of-funnel candidate growth and improve conversion
- Own and elevate employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy
- Operate as a hands-on individual contributor partnering with TA and Marketing
- Define and evolve Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and talent messaging
- Own careers site strategy, content, user experience and conversion optimization
- Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across key channels
- Build and manage talent community and candidate engagement programs
- Establish and track full-funnel metrics and optimize performance
- Own offsite events that drive engagement and increase top of funnel activity
- Lead campus, event, and community-based talent marketing initiatives
- Referral program campaigns and internal marketing
- Manage employer brand assets, recruiting collateral, and promotional materials
- Recruiter branding and LinkedIn enablement
- Social evangelist and brand ambassador programs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging talent attraction strategies
- Top of funnel volume
- Increased careers site traffic and applicant conversion rates
- Campaign performance (CTR, cost per applicant)
- Cost per hire and ROI on marketing spend
- 5+ years in recruitment marketing, employer brand, or talent acquisition
- Strong storytelling, content creation, and campaign development skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
- Entrepreneurial, builder-oriented mentality with a bias toward action
- Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences
