What You Will Do
Identify, reach out to, and onboard European TikTok creators/KOLs aligned with PLAUD product positioning
Manage full creator BD cycle: outreach → negotiation → sampling → content briefing → performance tracking
Maintain creator CRM database; track GMV, views, engagement, and ROI per creator partnership
Coordinate cross-functionally with ops, logistics, and marketing teams for timely product sampling and campaign execution
Analyse creator performance data and provide weekly reporting to TikTok lead; iterate BD strategy accordingly
Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for
1-3 years of BD, influencer marketing, or creator partnership experience (TikTok/YouTube/Instagram preferred)
Proven track record of cold outreach and relationship management with content creators or media partners
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); able to draft compelling creator pitch emails independently
Data-driven mindset: comfortable with Excel/Sheets for performance reporting and creator pipeline management
Self-starter with high accountability; experience in fast-paced e-commerce or cross-border trade environment preferred
