Licenced Pest Control (Essential) and Termite Technician (Training considered for the right person)

As we continue to grow and expand our client portfolio, we require an additional technician to support us to better meet the needs of our customers.

Our primary goal is to deliver professional, reliable and honest pest control services to a wide range of residential customers while maintaining a positive work environment and culture.

This person would ideally be located in the South Brisbane/SEQ areas. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of pest management - Residential and Commercial 
  • Competently perform termite inspections, termite proposals and treatments (Once trained if you are not already licenced in this area))
  • Prepare and submit reports via electronic forms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be reliable and honest.
  • Opportunities to perform Bird Control tasks once trained 
  • The position may require you to spend a lot of time driving

What we do need from you is:

  • Current and valid Australian open/full driver's licence
  • The ability to drive a manual vehicle
  • Eligible to work full-time in Australia 
  • Pest Control Qualified (mandatory)
  • Termite Technician Qualified (ideally)
  • Excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships
  • Communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
  • Physically fit and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
  • High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
  • An ability to consistently work within both our client's and Rentokil's safety parameters
  • Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet
  • Recommended but not essential EWP and working at heights License

As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete pre-employment medical, references, and police checks.
