Accounting & Finance Manager

We're seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to lead our accounting operations and serve as a key business partner to the President and leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys both managing day-to-day financial activities and contributing to strategic business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and other key financial metrics.
• Manage weekly payroll and maintain payroll-related reporting.
• Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Partner with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and profitability initiatives.
• Assist with manufacturing cost analysis and inventory valuation.
• Coordinate with external accounting partners on tax filings, annual compilations, and audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to accounting team members.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, payroll, and general accounting principles.
• Experience supervising or leading accounting functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred, but not required.
