Production Intern (Unpaid for Course Credit Only)

The Production Intern will support day-to-day production operations across
planning, execution, and post-production. This role is ideal for a student interested
in media production, content creation, events, or creative operations who wants
hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-production tasks including research, scheduling, call sheets,
- and asset organization
- Help manage production calendars, timelines, and deliverables
- Assist with content capture (video, audio, photography) as needed
- Support post-production workflows such as file management, logging, and
- basic edits
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, tech,
- operations)
- Track equipment inventory and assist with check-in/check-out
- Perform general administrative and production support tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and eligible to
- receive school credit
- Interest in production, media, film, events, or creative operations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable multitasking and working in a dynamic environment
- Basic familiarity with production tools or software (e.g., Google Workspace,
- Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, Premiere Pro) is a plus
