About the Role

We are looking for a General Foreman to join our Operations team on our project in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Field Supervision in coordinating, managing and supervising field teams in the execution of assigned tasks and providing front line leadership to our field associates, including laborers, carpenters and operators.

Organize and monitor the work of subcontractors on site and ensure work is completed safely with a focus on quality, on time and within budget.

Ability to operate total station instrument, transit, Auto level and other surveying instruments.

Qualifications

Required:

Qualified candidates will possess up to 4 years of experience in coordinating workflow for construction sites.

Experience in scheduling, material management, manpower and coordinating inspections.

Candidates will also possess strong communication skills, time management and will lead with integrity.

Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.

Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.

Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.

Preferred:

Individuals must work in an OSHA compliant safety environment.

Must be able to work outside.

Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.

Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
