Warehouse Associate Opportunity at 1 Resource Group
1 Resource Group is seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be essential in supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, storing, and shipping of products with precision and efficiency.
Your role is vital to maintaining smooth inventory flow and ensuring timely order fulfillment, supporting our commitment to excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory efficiently and safely.
- Pick and pack customer orders ensuring accuracy and timely shipment.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace.
- Adhere strictly to safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with work schedules.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage starting at $18.00/hr -$20.00 hr DOE
