- Partnering with our Sports Business Unit internally, ensuring our Marketing and Commercial teams can operate with organizational clarity in their own functional areas
- Acting as a “trusted expert” for the games you work on - understanding their mechanics, gameplay loops and overall content in depth
- Travel, both domestic and international, may be required
What Will Make You a Great Fit:
- 2+ years experience in internal or external game development, ideally on AAA and/or Live Service games
- Previous experience in project management and production
- Strong communication skills - you can easily translate technical development speak into clear updates for non-technical teams, both verbally and written
- Quick learner - you are able to pick up new tools, technologies and processes quickly, and ask for support in a structured way if you get blocked
- Adept at relationship-building - you are reliable, trustworthy and instill a sense of confidence in our development partners
- Awareness of the gaming market - you are up to date with current industry trends as they relate to our own games
- Understanding of the game development lifecycle - you know, at a high level, the milestones required to take a game from inception to global launch
- Highly coachable - you proactively seek constructive feedback from peers and operate with a growth mindset
- “No Ego” approach - you proactively seek constructive feedback, operate with a growth mindset, and believe that when the product succeeds, the whole team wins
