Too Good To Go

Posted about 4 hours ago

At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.

More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss.

Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of retail value. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

We’re growing fast: Our community of 120 million registered users and 180,000 active partners across 20 countries, have together already saved over 500 million meals from going to waste

In 2023, Too Good To Go was recognised on Fortune's acclaimed 'Change the World' list, named as one of Deloitte's 'Best Managed Companies' and won a coveted 'Cultural Impact Award' at the annual Apple App Store Awards.

We recently launched our Donations+ module in Spain and France as a 4th module of our Too Good To Go Platform, a tech-powered solution that makes food donations smarter, more efficient, and fully traceable; directly connecting charities with stores. Too Good To Go Platform is an end-to-end solution, uniquely connected to our consumer marketplace, which consists of 4 modules, Expiry Date Management, AI-Powered Discounting, Donations and our most well known module, Marketplace. This business app is already used by tens of thousands of store employees every day across 3 continents.

Your Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Solution Consultant to join our SC & IM team (Solution Consultants & Implementation Managers), supporting multiple markets. This team works alongside our Key Account Management Team to drive sales of our B2B SaaS products (Too Good to Go Platform) to food retailers.

Our SaaS product consists of three modules in addition to our Marketplace app: Expiry Date Management, AI-Powered Discounting, and a Donations solution, all designed to help retailers manage, sell, and redistribute their surplus food.

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will work closely with local key account management teams. You will contribute your technical expertise during client meetings and address their needs, from the qualification phase through to securing the pilot, before handing off to the implementation manager to oversee the pilot, deployment, and growth phases. Your daily activities will include creating materials (e.g., sales presentations, demos, workflows, technical diagrams) and working directly with major retailers, grocery stores, and individual franchisees in your portfolio across various countries. Your main objective will be to partner with our Key Account Management teams to help these retailers understand the value Too Good to Go Platform could bring to their daily in-stores operations. You will also play a key role in driving our overall product roadmap, together with our product managers and developers, by providing product feedback from our customers to drive future product innovation and development.

Your role

  • Collaborate with the Key Account Management teams to support sales efforts with food retailers; join sales pipeline review meetings and own sales Platform pitches and the technical aspects of customer RFPs and sales discussions

  • Partner with the Product and Tech teams to provide feedback on customer requirements, market demands, and competitive landscape, contributing to product roadmap discussions and enhancements
  • Partner with account management teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and ensure a cohesive sales approach to key accounts
  • Represent the company at food retail, wholesale, and manufacturing industry events and conferences, building awareness and driving new business opportunities

  • Entrepreneurial self starter with proven ability to prioritise work and deliver impact
  • Strong customer focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders from various countries
