Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Oversee procurement, vendor development, contract negotiations, and rate standardization across all locations
Define inventory standards including reorder levels, stock planning, and monitoring risks related to expiry
Enforce controls throughout the procure-to-pay process, covering indents, purchase orders, approvals, and goods receipt notes (GRN)
Work collaboratively with pharmacy, finance, and operations teams to optimize costs and ensure compliance
Develop and maintain MIS dashboards to track procurement savings, inventory turnover, and vendor performance
Lead and mentor a team of 12 to 14 members

What We Are Looking For

8 to 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in hospital or healthcare supply chain management (SCM)
MBA or PGDM qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Materials Management, or Hospital Administration
Practical experience working with ERP or hospital information systems (experience with KareXpert is an advantage)
Experience in hospitals with 300+ beds, hospital networks, or large healthcare organizations is preferred
Experience managing procurement across multiple locations is desirable
Familiarity with NABH standards is a plus
Proficiency in Kannada is preferred
Strong commercial insight, data-driven approach, and a process-oriented mindset
