Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to maximize market penetration and client satisfaction within the assigned territory.
- Identify and engage prospective clients across various sectors including corporate, commercial, municipal, governmental, and real estate developers.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to deepen relationships and increase repeat business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage contacts, and document business development activities effectively.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals (RFPs), collaborating with operations to align expert resources with client requirements.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to represent Rimkus and promote our services.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and resolve client concerns in collaboration with operational teams.
- Travel regularly within the local metropolitan area as well as occasional out-of-area travel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, consultative sales, or client relationship management, preferably with experience in property management, real estate, building engineering, roofing, or construction sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships and identify new market opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
