About the Role

Imithea Medical Group manages one of the largest Secondary healthcare networks in Greece. We are seeking a motivated HR & People Operations Lead to join our team and support the full range of Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to both daily HR operations and the long-term development of our people and culture.

The role is based in Rhodes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment cycle (candidate sourcing, hiring process, onboarding).
  • Manage employee records and update HR systems (HRIS, ERGANI).
  • Monitor attendance, leave and other HR variables, and manage the time-tracking system to ensure accurate payroll input.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation.
  • Calculate and monitor the annual payroll budget, prepare forecasts and conduct workforce cost analyses.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related matters (leave, benefits, policies).
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Payroll, Finance) to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Prepare and submit HR reports regarding departmental activities.
  • Organize, coordinate and oversee performance evaluation processes, while supporting employee development and feedback initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Solid understanding of general HR policies, procedures, and employment/labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of PYLON HRM (Epsilon Net) & HRIS systems is a strong plus.

  • Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset; able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Additional HR training or certifications will be considered an advantage.
