Job Summary:
Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to provide outstanding customer support via inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues or direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain updated records using the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance targets and service level agreements.

Requirements

  • High school , diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in call center or customer service roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
