Job Summary:
Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to provide outstanding customer support via inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers in resolving issues or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Document customer interactions and maintain updated records using the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets and service level agreements.
Requirements
- High school , diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in call center or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
