About Us

LME Care Services is a registered NDIS provider based in Woolloongabba, Brisbane. We are committed to empowering individuals living with disability to live their best lives through personalised, person-centred support. Our passionate team is guided by four core values: Living Our Best Lives, Meaningful Collaboration, Empathy, and Continuous Improvement. Everything we do is shaped by our Participants' goals, hopes, and aspirations.

The Role

As our Rostering Officer, you will be the operational heartbeat of our service delivery. Reporting directly to the Client Services Manager, you will manage the end-to-end rostering function for our Support Worker team, ensuring every Participant is supported by the right person, with the right skills, at exactly the right time. No two days are the same and that's what makes this role so rewarding.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and managing fortnightly rosters for our Support Worker team, matching skills and competencies to Participant needs
  • Responding quickly and decisively to unplanned absences, emergency coverage, and last-minute schedule changes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Caremaster, including Participant and employee profiles
  • Reviewing and approving daily timesheets to ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitoring employee qualification and compliance expiries, proactively flagging risks to management
  • Liaising with Team Leaders, Support Coordinators, HR, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Supporting office administration and budget monitoring functions
  • Monitoring efficiency of rosters to ensure optimum utilisation of resources

What We're Looking For

  • Proven rostering experience, ideally within an NDIS or community care environment
  • Experience with Caremaster — highly regarded and strongly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of data entry accuracy
  • The ability to remain calm, clear-headed, and solutions-focused when priorities shift rapidly
  • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with staff, Participants, and external stakeholders
  • A current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Clearance and Yellow Card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or Business Administration (desirable)

What's On Offer

  • A genuinely purpose-driven role where your work directly improves the lives of others
  • A collaborative, supportive team that lives and breathes its values every day
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities within a growing organisation
  • Convenient Brisbane location with accessible public transport
