Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of front office staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure guest check-in and check-out processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest complaints with professionalism and urgency.
• Train and motivate front office employees to maintain excellent service standards.
• Maintain communication with other hotel departments to optimize guest satisfaction.
• Monitor front office procedures to comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a front office agent within the luxury hotel industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with the Protel system will be considered an asset.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
