About the role
As head of finance at Nudge, you will:
Own all financial operations end-to-end: accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, and procurement
Build scalable systems, tools, and controls to support rapid growth
Ensure financial accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across the company
Partner with leadership on planning, runway, and capital allocation
About you
We are looking for a head of finance with at least 5 years of industry experience. Regardless of career level, you should have:
Experience leading finance at an early-stage or high-growth tech/R&D company
Experience building and scaling financial systems and processes from the ground up
Hands-on experience across accounting, FP&A, and operational finance
Comfort switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
High integrity and strong professional judgement
