We are currently seeking a full-time  PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our team at our Orem, UT location. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results.
• Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
• Creating personalized fitness-orientated health care programs for patients
• Providing educational information about injury prevention, ergonomics and ways to promote physical health.
• Documenting patient care history.
• Complying with rules, regulations and procedures.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current State license
• Compliant with State regulatory requirements.
• DPT from an accredited educational institution
